Description: Slow to moderate growing symmetrical, dense rounded low growing shrub that has small, dark green leaves with a reddish cast and no spines.

Climate Requirements: Heat tolerant, cold tolerant and drought tolerant once established. Grows well in full sun or light shade in either dry or wet soil.
Care Requirements: A tough Florida native shrub that can handle most climate conditions without a lot of care. Requires very little pruning.

Special Uses/Attributes: Widely used low maintenance shrub in mass
planting or close together for hedge.

FYI: Grows wider than tall, so set plants several feet back from walkway, driveway or lawn.
