 Common Name: Torulosa Juniper
Scientific Name: Juniperus Chinensis ‘Torulosa’
Type of Plant: Shrub
Description: Evergreen shrub grows into an upright cone shape and the emerald green foliage is thick and appears twisted resembling a fire flame.
Height: 10-15’
 Width: 6-10'
Blooming: Brown, yellow & green, but not obvious
Fruit:
 Small round blue cones in mature shrubs (1/2”)
Climate Requirements: Prefers full sun, but can tolerate some shade. Both
heat tolerant and cold tolerant.
Care Requirements: Prefers well drained soil that has been topped with mulch.
Special Needs: None
Special Uses/Attributes: Great accent plant or focal point plant.
Florida Native: No
FYI: Very tough low maintenance juniper.
